Before PROJECT DETAILS
Built in 1963, this modern home was in desperate need for an upgrade. In addition to upgrading the infrastructure we remodeled the kitchen, two baths, and entry stairs. A particularly beautiful feature of the kitchen is the fourteen-foot long Carrara marble island that accommodates seating for four, as well as the sing and prep areas across from the cook top. The island spans an area that once was divided by a wall separating the kitchen from the dining area. With the new open floor plan, one can see from the front living room to the rear yard.
