Jeff King & Company, Inc. is a high-end remodeling contractor looking for a talented, highly motivated, dedicated, career oriented professional to become our Vice President of Production. This person is a top-tier manager overseeing all of production and assisting the company continue with prosperous growth.  If you are interested in working on challenging projects in collaboration with excellent designers and architects we welcome your application.

Job Accountabilities:

  • 1. $8 Million in Annual Production Revenues Meeting Gross Profit Goals
  • 2. Well-Managed Projects That Are Well-Built, On-Time, & On-Budget.
  • 3. Excellent Project Development Including Buildable Plans, Specifications & Job Information
  • 4. Effective Sales Support and Market Presence
  • 5. Effective Production Systems, Processes and Policies

Previous Experience and Qualifications:
10 years in Construction (preferably high-end residential) and at least 5 years of hands-on management experience. Deep and broad understanding of project management, construction methods and techniques, residential architecture & design, business systems, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, contract administration, skilled in construction and financial software
